Arlene's eye for beauty was inherited, not learned; shaped early by her mother Eliza's instinct for elegance, and later refined into a 15-year career in interior design. She built her name on award-winning hospitality projects around the world, from the shores of Saipan to the sophistication of the Las Vegas Strip, developing a discerning sense for space, light, and detail along the way. Floral design turned out to be the natural next chapter.
"My passion for floral arrangements started with my own wedding. I knew that day would be the one time I could surround myself with as many flowers as I could imagine... and I wasn't going to let that slip by. From there, flowers became something I created for the people I love: for birthdays, celebrations, or simply because. Turning flowers into art has always been an outlet for me, and a form of quiet therapy. Founding ELIZA is how I carry my mother's love of beauty forward: one arrangement, one celebration, one client at a time." — Arlene
At ELIZA, Arlene personally leads floral design for weddings and special events, both corporate and private, bringing that same discerning eye to every celebration, whatever its scale. Arlene's floral work has shaped some of Las Vegas's most recognized hospitality brands, from her tenure as floral designer at The Cosmopolitan to her current standing as a preferred vendor for the Four Seasons Las Vegas and Revere Golf Course.
Outside the atelier, Arlene can be found at the gym or in a dance class, enjoying quiet café mornings and lakeside strolls around Lake Las Vegas. She is a mother of three, and affectionately known as "Lola" to her grandchildren.
More than a business, ELIZA is a labor of love and a legacy in progress. Arlene envisions it as something to pass down: to her daughters and to her granddaughters after them. Just as Eliza's love of beauty found its way to Arlene, Arlene hopes ELIZA will carry that same inheritance forward, generation after generation.
